Jeff Moore is an experienced tax specialist with a successful 30 year career in law enforcement with the Tucson Police Department. Jeff held many positions within the departments as a criminal intelligence officer, he was entrusted to capture and interpret data from a variety of sources and place in a format that field operations and command staff could utilize to conduct investigations.
Jeffs’ positions in the highly complex areas of law enforcement translate into him bringing those analytical and logic skills when dealing with complex tax resolution matters. With his in-depth knowledge and experience in enforcement he continues to consult with privately held companies about issues and regulations required for compliance in specific industries.
Jeff is an Enrolled Agent, a federally-licensed tax practitioner who specializes in taxation, and authorizes him unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Annually Jeff completes many hours of continued education to ensure he is up-to-date on the ever changing tax code and ethics compliance.
The IRS is not unlike law enforcement when it comes to the investigative process and conclusions. He believes that everyone is entitled to representation before the IRS in all forms, and his past experience offers his services a unique perspective on investigation and how best to represent his clients before the IRS.

In his personal life Jeff has devoted 14 years as a volunteer Referee for the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO). He has held numerous positions in AYSO such as the Section Director of Referee Instruction and the Section Director of Referee Assessment and is a past member of the National Referee Advisory Commission with AYSO. He is dedicated to the sport of youth soccer and has travels around the country to assist in clinics, teaching as a referee instructor, evaluator and assessor. He has also coordinated and taught referee disciplines at numerous AYSO conferences nationally.
